SHIPPING POLICIES:
Delivery Region: At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. Regretfully, we do not currently offer overseas shipping services.

Delivery price: For orders being shipped within the United Kingdom, a flat delivery price of £2.99 will be charged. This charge is meant to offset the expenses incurred in handling, wrapping, and shipping your order to the address you have provided.

Delivery Schedule: We promise to deliver services quickly and effectively. After your order is confirmed, it will be shipped out right away, and you should receive your package 48 hours later. Please be aware that this schedule could change as a result of outside variables like vacations or unanticipated events.

RETURN POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Send the items back to us at the address listed on the packing slip/dispatch note you received with your order. You must return the product back to us unused and in good condition. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

If an item(s) is being returned for an exchange, the cost of returning the item to us is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of returning a product, please call the Customer Service Team on 0115 786 0803 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm) or email cs@nutrawellbeing.co.uk for instructions on returning the parcel. We recommend all returns be sent via recorded delivery. We must receive the parcel that you have sent for the refund to be processed. If we have not received the returned order, we are not liable for any refund.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

As soon as we receive the returned unopened item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item. We will usually refund any money received from you for the Products using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Products. The amount we will refund to you will be the product value, minus any discount, which has been divided proportionately across the total value of your original order. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event; within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via letter or e-mail that you were entitled to a refund of the price of the Products.

In an event where we send you Products in exchange, or as a replacement, for Products, for whatever reason, then we recognizes that you will incur an additional Delivery charge to have such exchange or replacement Products sent to you. As a gesture of goodwill we will meet your costs of standard delivery and so will pay on your behalf the additional Delivery charge made to you by Royal Mail or any other delivery company, even though we are not obliged to do so. Offers on our website may differ from our other promotions.

Payment of any local taxes or duties outside of the United Kingdom is the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods ordered from our Website or Order Line. For customers residing outside the United Kingdom, customs charges may be levied when a package reaches your country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what the charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information. We are not liable for any refund in an event of order getting lost in customs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate the trust and loyalty that you have shown by doing business with NUTRAWELLBEING LTD and we are committed to offer best service and satisfaction from our end. We pride ourselves in offering you the finest wellness products. In the event of Cancellation of order please contact our customer service number as soon as possible, to stop the order from being dispatched, so as to get the full refund. 

You are only entitled for a full refund if you have cancelled the order within 24hrs from the time you have placed the order. In the event of Cancellation of the order please contact our customer service number as soon as possible, to stop the order from being dispatched, so as to get the full refund. We dispatch all orders in 48hrs from the time you have placed the order. If you have cancelled the order post 24hrs or when you receive it at your doorstep you will be entitled for a partial refund. Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

If the order has been dispatched then we will have to wait till we receive the order back from you to initiate the refund process. Once we have got the order back, the refund will be actioned, for all the unopened boxes without postage and packaging in the next 30 business days, in your account. If you have cancelled the order before it has been dispatch then you are entitled to full refund in 30 business days from the time the order has been cancelled.
